Between semesters New Year's Day, 2001

The Ralph File: Played 2 years with the University of Minnesota Gophers Women's Hockey team (including 1997 inaugural season). Participated in 1998 Olympic team tryouts. Spent 2 seasons with the Minnesota Thoroughbreds, leading to national runner-up spots both years; team captain; tallied 20 goals and 49 points. Member of 1996 U.S. Junior National Team. Won 8 varsity letters at Brooklyn Center HS, including 4 in track & field. Two-time all-conference honoree & a member of the 1995 academic all-state team. National Honor Society member; ranked third in her graduating class. Brother Josh played hockey at Mankato State. Daughter of David & Rochelle Ralph.
